Here is the chimney, its 100 years old, made of fieldstone, and has had just light maintenance.
You can see how frost, water, weather and the elements have begun to make it fall apart.
We finally found a contractor who would deal with it. Every other stone masonery company we contacted would or could not
deal with such a large project. We tried for 6 years to find some company, and the most common excuse was "We are doing
new construction, its easier". Most of the time they never had the courtesy to even call us back.
But we found The Chimney Doctor, and they did one heck of a great job, as you will see in the AFTER pictures.

The above picture is lightned in Photoshop, just so we can see how it looks as if it was dry.
Notice the finish work on the cement joints.
I will leave the other picture on, as it is the way it looks.

Now here are the AFTER pictures, you can see they did a great job of rebuilding this chimney!
This first picture is dark, as the sealer is still slightly damp.
The two following pictures is when its dry and all finished.
You can see the size of it compared with Jeremy here.
